ShortStop’s Full Service Program includes our proprietary Collection Site Management system. Our Full Service Program is ideal for clients that require a national network of collection sites conveniently located near their customer locations (i.e. stores, terminals), and that find value in bi-monthly consolidated billing.

ShortStop manages a client’s collection site network in a number of ways:

• ShortStop maintains regular contact with a client’s designated clinic network. Regular clinic contact is accomplished through means of fax broadcasting, emailing, clinic mailings, and frequent conversations with ShortStop’s Customer Service Team.
• ShortStop designates an Account Manager that will remain in regular contact with a designated company representative throughout the duration of the business relationship.
• ShortStop actively strives to contain cost during the collection site selection process while meeting the client's needs.
• ShortStop’s Network Management Team works to negotiate lower, cost-effective pricing with our collection sites for various services.
• ShortStop constantly monitors a client’s collection site usage to determine volume concentrations as well as to confirm that a client’s needs are being met in any given area.
• ShortStop has the ability to provide Quality Assurance reports itemizing percentage of network change, frequency of customer service assistance and billing accuracy.
